This is a long sleeve shirt with glitter transfer used for the bow and wording. The one shown in the picture is an adult M.

The back is decorated with glitter Southern Girl and bow. The front is personalized with a circle monogram.

For the shirt shown I only used white glitter transfer, but you have many options because you can choose a color for "Southern Girl", a color for the big bow between the words, and a color for the monogram in the front.
